As the founder of Workforce Evolution Consulting, I bring a unique blend of lived experience and passion to help organizations adapt to the evolving workforce. A proud first-generation college graduate and Chicana from a border town, I grew up in government housing and witnessed firsthand the struggles of workers like my mother, who faced systemic exploitation in pursuit of opportunity. These experiences ignited my unwavering commitment to creating equitable and empowering workplaces.

Having navigated the corporate world as a first-generation office worker, I learned how to overcome biases and systemic barriers while advocating for change. My journey taught me the power of persistence, collaboration, and the importance of lifting others as I climbed. Starting at a grassroots level, I led initiatives that transformed workplace cultures and inspired me to expand my impact to organizations worldwide.
